What are the expected Delivery Times?
Delivery times differ, depending on many factors, mainly where your order is being shipped to. Expected delivery times are shipping times plus 1 or 2 days that counts for production time. We do not mass produce our products, instead they are created on demand, only when someone places an order (for environmental purposes.) Production usually takes about 2 days. Expected delivery times for US addresses are 4 - 5 days from placing your order. Some additional delays may apply occassionally, but we will always inform you in case your order status changes.
If your order doesn't arrive on time and/or you don't have tracking available for your country, contact us at info@itsclassycases.com and don't forget to include your order number!
How can I track my order?
You can track your order from the moment it is sent to shipping. You will recieve a tracking code and all the information that you will need to be able to track your order via email. You can always request information about your order even before it gets on its way to you if you email us at info@itsclassycases.com
